The release window for the game was revealed by PlayStation President Andrew House in an investors conference. The release window does not come as a surprise but it narrows down the time frame to 3 months in which the game could be released. The most likely release month is March.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was set for release in late 2015 but was delayed in March, via a PlayStation Blog post by directors Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley. Below is a gameplay demo that was shown off at PSX 2014.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is set to conclude Nathan Drake’s story and somehow drags Drake’s brother into the story. You can expect the official release date for Uncharted 4 to be revealed at E3 in 2 weeks.
